Venture London has a two-round judging process. First-round judging determines the finalists that will move on to the second round. Finalists will be announced on February 4, 2010.

Second-round judging takes place at the end of February. Finalists are required to present their plans to a panel of judges in a confidential setting. Presentations will be followed by a question and answer period. The winners will be chosen, but not announced until the Awards Celebration on March 2, 2010. Finalists may be asked to present a 60-second pitch during the Awards Celebration, to a live audience prior to the announcement.

Once the finalists are selected on February 4, 2010, each chosen participant will receive further details regarding the presentation date and Awards Celebration.
